The story of Wal-Mart High School is interesting, unique, and comical.  When a tornado hit SoSo, Mississippi in March 2002, West Jones Middle and High Schools were destroyed.  But the community rallied together to repair the school just in time to finish the school year.  In a two week period, the school was moved to an old Wal-Mart building in Laurel MS.  This site tells the story of the selfless and dedicated people who worked to put a school back together.  As you click through the classrooms of W.H.H., you will learn the details of the story and have a chance to become a student of this institution and carry on its tradition of community service.
